My goal is to help you have access to a coach, teacher, counselor, therapist, confidant, and most of all, a person with whom you can share anything from your daily blunders to deepest secrets. I provide a judgement free, supportive, and empowering environment in which to work on making changes in your life. I have worked for several years assisting people in managing a wide range of concerns to improve their lives. Let me help you work on making the changes you would like to see for your future.

I specialize in trauma, addiction, severe and persistent mental illnesses. I have extensive experience working with those battling depression, anxiety, mood disorders, impulse control disorders, and personality disorders, and survivors of Narcissistic Abuse. I use mindfulness and DBT, EMDR for trauma, addiction, and anxiety along with other issues.

My approach is person centered to help you discover what blocks you from having the full life you want and to overcome any barriers to getting there. Allow me to share my expertise and specialized training to assist you in getting where you want to be.

As a psychotherapist,  I enjoy working with clients facing daily challenges. But there is hope. Things can get better. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I value a client's need for a supportive and validating environment. I want to help a client achieve their goal for a peaceful and satisfying life.
