When you look in the mirror, do you find yourself asking, “Am I enough?” Do you have this nagging suspicion that something is deeply wrong? Has it started to affect your relationships, your work, your overall sense of peace? It is likely that you have had experiences that no matter what you do, you just cannot seem to forget. These experiences shape your reality, fuel your anxieties, leaving you on edge and burnt out. What would it feel to let go of the pain you have carried for so long? Imagine what life would be like if you had the emotional space and clarity to be the best you.

I specialize in working with trauma in all its different forms, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Just as there are many ways trauma can wound, there are many paths to healing. They all center around relating; how you relate to others, to your body, to your thoughts, and to your emotions.

I will meet you where you are at in the process. We will work together to create a safe and trusting relationship where you can explore and channel your pain and hurt into self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner strength.
