Introduction to Support Groups

Our support groups offer a safe, non-judgmental space where people who have been in relationships with narcissists come together to find understanding, healing, and encouragement. Led by Brenda Stephens, a licensed therapist, our support groups offer a sense of community, validation, and practical tools for navigating recovery from the harm these relationships cause. Unlike therapy, which focuses on individualized treatment, support groups emphasize connection, shared wisdom, and mutual growth. Our support groups are places to be heard, to heal, and to realize you are not alone.
