Christopher (Chris) Cade

APCC – CA 9036

Seeking help can be a vulnerable and overwhelming experience for many people, and it is courageous to take those steps forward. This is why it is important to me to foster a non-judgmental, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to helping guide your journey of growth and healing. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe place with unconditional positive regard to empower you to reach your goals.

I am here to help you learn about your emotions, process trauma, and find the coping strategies that are best for you. My goal is to support you in identifying ineffective thought patterns and behaviors and work towards more effective ones to become your best self.

I utilize evidence and strength-based theories, such as DBT, CBT, and Narrative therapy, to help you identify goals, enhance self-efficacy, and make meaningful connections. Cultivating an authentic connection and empowering individuals within a cultural context are essential foundations of a solid therapeutic relationship.
