Being a human is not a simple experience, and reaching out for help can be challenging. Suffering seems inevitable, but we rarely feel equipped to handle life’s challenges. If you are reading this and think it’s time to ask for support, I see your courage and confidence, and it would be an honor to join your journey. Whether you want to work through harrowing events and memories, learn new coping skills, or prioritize your mental health, you deserve the time and place to do that. I intend to hold a warm, non-judgmental space to create an emotionally safe environment for growth, empowerment, and reconnecting with your inner resources. I will listen, support, guide, and cheer you on.
My therapeutic style is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, compassion-based, and experiential. This means we will discover the root causes of the pain experienced through various methods, including inner child work, guided meditation exercises, and parts work. I use techniques from Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness-Self Compassion, and other evidence-based methods to create a mind, body, and soul approach.
I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, narcissistic abuse recovery, grief, adjustments, and other various relationship issues. I believe emotions are a fundamental part of the human experience, but sometimes, they can make it less enjoyable. I want to help release that burden and increase your quality and life harmony. If you’d like to know more, please reach out, and I look forward to hearing from you!
