It is a brave step to begin a therapeutic journey, and finding the right therapist is important. I believe it’s the bond formed between therapist and client that truly drives therapeutic success. With me, you’ll find a space defined by compassion, non-judgment, and empathic understanding. I am here to be that steady presence, offering a supportive, safe space for exploration and healing.
As a therapist with an integrative approach, informed by Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Narrative therapies, I’m dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every individual. My experience encompasses a broad spectrum that includes mood disorders, OCD, schizophrenia, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and various relationship issues.

Acknowledging the need for help is courageous. While the journey can seem daunting, know that you won’t walk it alone. Whenever you’re ready, or if you have any questions, please reach out. Your mental well-being is worth it.
